•1tbsp veg oil
•900g beef sirloin, diced
•1whole Onion, minced
•3cloves garlic, minced
•2 1/2tsbp ground corriander
•1tsp ginger, minced
•1tbsp ground cumin
•1cup chicken stock/water
•500ml coconut milk
•3tbsp Cookie’s Peanut Butter
•2whole lime
•300g broccoli
•90g beansprouts

To serve:
Steamed Rice
Siling Labuyo
Green Chili ( finger Chilis)

Beef in CPB


1. Heat oil in a pan, sear the beef until brown
2. Add in the onion and garlic, sauté until the onions are translucent, the garlic is fragrant
3. Add in the spices, with the sliced ginger. Sauté until aromatic
4. Pour the stock, coconut milk, and the peanut butter into the pan. Stir well
5. Add in the lime juice and simmer until the beef is tender
6. Then add in the broccoli, simmer until cooked thru and toss the beansprouts in
7. Serve over rice and top with garnishes
