Ingredients:


•1k boneless chicken, leg thigh
•250ml Cookie’s Peanut Butter, spread
•1/4cup soy sauce
•1/4cup calamansi juice
•3tbsp cane vinegar
•3tsp sugar
•1tsp garlic powder
•1tsp onion powder
•2tsp ginger, grated

Garnish:
Grilled Green Bell peppers and Red Bell Peppers

Procedure:

1. In a bowl, combine Cookie’s Peanut Butter, calamansi juice, soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder, and grated ginger.
2. Put the chicken in. Marinate for 7 hours
3. Oil grill and grill the chicken roughly around 7 mins per side.
4. Serve with bell peppers
