Ingredients:
Sauce:
• 60g Cookie’s Peanut Butter
• 2 tbsp thai fish sauce
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 3 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp ginger, grated
• 2 tsp cornstarch
• 1/2 cup water
• 120g dried rice noodles
• 1 tbsp veg oil
• 1 whole onion, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup carrot, sliced
• 1 cup cabbage, shredded
• 1/2 cup beansprouts
• 200 g Chicken breast, sliced into thin peaces
Garnish:
• Cilantro
• Mani ni Cookie, chopped
Procedure:
1. For the sauce: In a pot, mix all ingredients, and heat it up. Make sure to mix well
2. Prepare noodles according to the package instructions
3. In a pan, heat oil. Sauté onion and garlic until the onions are translucent.
4. Add the chicken, and toss in the cabbage and carrots.
5. Add noodles in together with the bean sprouts, and sauce. Cook until the sauce thickens
6. Serve with garnish on top
