Ingredients:
• 1kg chicken wing
• 1cup all purpose flour
• 1/4tsp salt
• 1/2tsp pepper
Sauce:
• 1/2cup orange marmalade
• 2cups Cookie’s peanut butter
• 2tbsp water
• 1tbsp soysauce
• 1tbsp sriracha
Mani ni Cookie for garnish
• 10g Parsley, chopped for garnish
Procedure:
Chicken wings:
1. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper
2. Dredge wings in flour and fry in hot oil until done. Set aside
Sauce:
1. In a small pot, combine marmalade, peanut butter, water, soy sauce, and sriracha.
2. Cook over low heat until smooth. Keep warm
